Being that Lilibet can be a shortened version of Elizabeth, the current Queen of England, Queen Elizabeth was referred to Lilibet in her early/toddler years. This was mainly due to the fact that as a toddler she could not properly pronounce her own name. Lilbet is often shortened to Lil, Lily or Libby.
